First time I tried Crossfit was with this gym. The coaches work with you regardless of what level you are at so you learn the correct techniques. Expect a hard workout while making some great friends.

Have been going to CFNC for a few years now. Coach Steve is a thorough professional taking you through the workouts before; discussing options to scale the workout down if injured or uncomfortable. Questions are definitely allowed and I may ask one from time to time! Crossfit really works for me and am enjoying the sessions - individual and teams.

Steve is an amazing coach who is always encouraging and helping us to get the most out of every session, that along with the friendly members makes this a great place to train!

Great box with a fun and friendly environment. The coaches are fantastic, watching everyone's form, providing immediate feedback on proper technique.
