Great service with a smile, they took the time to talk about what I'm doing in the sport, fit my chain and have a look over the 'hand me down bike' that I'm riding.
I had to reconfigure my bike's drop bar to a flat bar, I had a few quotes from various bike shops around the Gold Coast with varying quotes and customer service or lack of! A friend recommended James and Julie at the Pedal Shoppe so I dropped in for a chat about what work would need to be done to transform my bike. After an informative explanation as to the work that was to be done I decided to get James to do the transformation on my bike!..Wow! I'm so glad I did. An excellent job was done by James, Julie and the team at Pedal Shoppe. I'm extremely happy with the job they've done transforming my old bike with new handlebars, brakes and gear set up..absolutely love it..it's like a new bike!Excellent, Reasonably priced and impeccable service from the crew at Pedal Shoppe. Thanks Guys!
