Massive range of different items, and pretty much a bunnings but for anything outdoors. Purchased 2 kids' chairs , stock everywhere, and difficult to move around, Been there several times now and they only have 1 or 2 people on the registers for such a busy store isn't very customer friendly.
We came to the store to pick up a click and collect and when I arrived I was assisted by a very helpful and friendly team member that guided me to the area to pick up and searched for my order. The young lady was so good i asked for her name so I could provide very positive feedback, her name was Myra not sure if spelling is correct we walked out of the store feeling great and very positive about Anaconda
The 'manager' is a real piece of work. There is no communication and he has no frame of mind for customer service.nSelling cheap shoddy gear and then refusing a refund because they decided to repair it instead of giving a refund like you asked.nnGet your story straight, the person I spoke to when I returned the item said a refund would be fine after assessment, and then this chubby grandpa says no because HE is the actual manager? No communication, actually pathetic. Sad excuse for a manager at that rate.
Arrived on a Sat. Absolutely packed, queues up the wazoo / staff were super busy but still made time to help my little son buy a kayak. They organised a life vest, paddles, the whole package. We much appreciated the time and professionalism the staff gave us and will definitely return in the future. Thank you Ashmore Anaconda!
Great experience in store today.nHad a hard time fishing recently, popped into store to choose some tackle on a budget and had the pleasure of meeting staff member, Paul. He took his time to run me through his suggestions, tactics and other tips, with an obvious passion for the sport. His knowledge was superb with a smile. The man any fishing store needs!
