Great experience in store today.nHad a hard time fishing recently, popped into store to choose some tackle on a budget and had the pleasure of meeting staff member, Paul. He took his time to run me through his suggestions, tactics and other tips, with an obvious passion for the sport. His knowledge was superb with a smile. The man any fishing store needs!
Outstanding service and support from Tyler at Anaconda Ashmore. Not only did he help choose an E-Scooter for my daughter giving lots of information etc. He put it in the car for me. When I was assembling it on the weekend, 5 screws were missing from the box. Tyler arranged to replace the screws on the same day. Definitely worth Manager Status. Extremely happy with Tyler and Ashmore store.
It could be just a simple anaconda store , but employees like Mel make such a big difference.nShe was nice , she took the time to explain me and recommended me the best stuff.nDefinitely I’ll back .nThanks Mel ! You have been amazing
Had a wonderful experience at Ashmore Anaconda with a very helpful lady, I think it was Kym. She helped us find the best thermals for my son and when we couldn’t find the right snow boots for our kids she spent an extraordinary amount of effort scrounging around the back to find us what we needed. I was honestly blown away by how hard she worked to help us. Customer service was so great even though they seemed very busy!
Called store 5 times without answer. Drove to site to find 4 or5 customers in the entire store and when I asked the lady behind the counter if their phone was working, she said she was too busy to answer customer calls????nOther staff were in the store but none of them asked if I needed help and left me to open a lot of hiking boot boxes trying to find the ones I was looking for. Turns out, the loose boot on display on the shelf wasn't even in any boxes.nVery poor management and customer service. Won't be back.
