I have nothing but praise for the guys @ Cycle Ox, Ian Owen & Marion. They are not just a shop they are like a cycling family they provide great service, price & technical help also provide great group rides for all levels, you are never left behind with these guys. This is my 3rd bike from Cycle Ox, may even be a 4th one soon. THEY ARE EVEN ON SATURDAYS after the usual group rides.

Was recommended, went in with no drive in rear hub, no go need new wheel in 4or 5 days, my tour down the east coast was over. My LBS pulled it apart and fitted a 2.00 part.
