I have been having problems with this bike for several months and the owners do not seem to be interested in repair. They won't even acknowledge my latest emails. So NO way in the world would I recommend this bike to anyone. The battery burnt out while sitting on the shelf and all they wanted to do was sell me a new one for $580..... I eventually bought one from China, exactly the same for about $250. So are you surprised that I am not happy. If you wish to buy an electric assisted bike, buy it from your local bike shop, at least they have some backup.

Bike looks great but came without any sort of instruction and so far there has been no response to any attempt to get any help with the problem I do have so it's still just an expensive cycle with no power assist. Once communication was established the people were very helpfull and I am happy to report the cycle has lived up to all the great things I had been led to believe about it, I particularly like the Panniers.

I have just bought one of these Electro Bicycles and assembled it straight from the box, the build quality is really first class, and it was very easy to get it up and running. Pumping the tyres up is the hardest part !! After a brief test ride around the block I am smiling profusely. I am very happy with my purchase.
