Really good customer service and product knowledge. The staff know how to ask the right questions to match you to a bike you will enjoy riding. Very positive atmosphere.

What a pleasant experience dealing with the boys at Ferry Rode Cycles. I purchased two bikes today and a few other bits and pieces. The atmosphere was great. Everyone was very friendly and very accomadating to my 2 year old boy who was very excited in a bike shop. Well done lads! Def would recomend to anyone!

Great bunch of blokes, Todd and the team just helped me with an adjustment on my bike free of charge in the spot! A genuine old school style bike shop with all the latest tech..highly recommended for you and your family..
