Highly recommend Dan & the team at Gym and Fitness. After doing an embarrassing amount of online research for a new weighted vest, Gym & Fitness had the best deal by a country mile. So much so I drove 90 mins each way to make sure it was correct and snatch up the deal. Sadly, wholly and solely due to a manufacturing fault, the vest very quickly broke down. After raising this with the team, they made every effort to make good on the product and did so in a prompt and friendly manner. 11/10 guys keep up the great customer service
Hi Team, I would like to say a big thank you, Dan was amazing in the store and Mitch over the phone was amazing as well. Bought the force C10 with force sliding bench, 100kg of weights, 1-20kg dumbbell rack and a couple of bars and attachments. I loved it in the store because it was compact and don’t have much space at home if I still want to fully use the garage door. 2 weeks in and I love the whole set up, it’s like working out at the gym, without the hassle of going to a gym. Thanks. Guy you are amazing and I will see you in store.
Recently purchased a Force USA FID Bench from Gym and Fitness and couldn't be happier with the experience. Mark was friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the purchase process.nI had a minor issue with the t nut in the backrest, however Dan and Mark went above and beyond to resolve it. They responded immediately and had a replacement backrest sent out the very next day, making the process completely hassle-free.nThe customer service was outstanding, the equipment quality is excellent, and it's clear they genuinely care about their customers. Highly recommend Gym and Fitness and will definitely be purchasing from them again in the future.
