Great service! Allen was so kind and professional. He not only fixed my bike but also checked whole thing. He will give you what was the problem and how to prevent it. And some advice. I'll visit this shop again When my bike has a problem.

Being a girl I was nervous about going into a bike shop thinking that they would sell me anything just to get my money. I was completely wrong and they actually listened to what I wanted in a bike and made me feel relaxed. They really care. I spoke with Todd and he made me feel comfortable with the whole sale, He then handed me over to the mechanic (Allen I think his name) and he checked over the bike and fitted me to the bike and he was also very helpful explaining on how to use the gears and general maintenance. 6 months free servicing is great too. I went to 6 bike shops and none offered that kind of friendly and helpful customer service.
