Customer service can be a little slow at times. It can get quite busy in there and it seems like they are not paying you any attention. It has improved a lot since a few years ago. Great range of products and staff are knowledgeable. For me personally after working in retail, store appearance is a deal breaker for me and sometimes house keeping at this store can drop a little. Other than that, I've had no issues with workmanship and will continue to purchase from them.

Very good, honest and knowledgeable service. My 6 year old son has outgrown his first bike. My dilema was that he was too small for a size 24 but he would outgrow a size 20 within no time (1 or 2 years). Josh recommended a 24 in a brand that sits a little lower, that he can ride now and therefore will not out grow for at least another 5 - 6 years. Thanks 99 bikes.

Cannot fault the quality of service, knowledge and cost. I have bought two bikes in the last 6 months and also use their service and maintenance for an older bike I have and its like joining a club and being looked after.
