Gavin was very helpful from the moment I stepped through the front door. When I arrived at the store I had been looking at other brand of bikes but he was a wealth of knowledge on the brand of bike you carry. He had one in a box and offered to have it assembled within the hour for me. Gavin is an asset to your business.

Return customers as we purchased our last bikes here and were very satisfied. Needless to say we wont be purchasing again after the last interaction with 4642523-Christopher who didn't follow up with feedback. A big sales pitch and promised the bikes would arrive after 2 weeks. We are still waiting after 5 weeks so will be cancelling our order and requesting refund of deposit. I did think at the time his knowledge was lacking but gave him the benefit of the doubt. Lesson learnt go with your gut feeling!
