Brought a product that was originally purchased here to try and resolve a braking issue. Not a warranty job or anything, just wanted to get it looked at to see if the issue could be resolved. Was practically turned away, horrible response to what was simply a rider reaching out to someone who sells this product and I was willing to pay. Owner was overly defensive and pretty much I had to walk out the door...
