I am a regular size 16 so I don’t often shop at Taking Shape but went in to buy some underwear. At the counter a women much larger than me told a new girl to ask me if I had an account there then she looked me up and down and said “which she will”. I was gobsmacked! Did she just fat shame me in a plus size store?? By a woman who wears a size 24 at least? Her name may have been Heather but I can’t be sure. Please don’t fat shame your customers!
Just had the worst customer service experience ever in a Myer store. Waited in line for my turn. A sales assistant walks up with another customer, puts their item on the counter and the cashier calls the other customer to the head of the line. Every time I come to Melbourne from a small rural town - 4 hours away I shop in Myers. Never again
The staff at Taking Shape Myer Melbourne were super helpful when I came in with a very small amount of time urgently needing a coat for an event that night. They went above and beyond to help me out really fast and get me what I needed. Great advice too!
I am from NZ I was so excited to be going to taking shape as we do not have one where I live i was totally disappointed by the customer service they seem to be more interested in talking to each other I always find the positive but sadly very disappointed ....
