DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEIR WEBSITE OR APP!!!!!!!!!!! Worst experience ever. Tried to purchase my very first pair of crocs. Ordered the Echo Clog from their app. Ordered on the 1st of Feb 2023. Money was deducted straight away from my bank. I too like many others didn't receive a confirmation email. When checking online my purchase just stated "order being processed" I waited a few days and I reached out to their online chat on the 6/02/23 to find out if you receive an email confirmation after purchase. I was told there was a technical error and she sent out my order confirmation. While speaking to this online chat she was extremely rude by telling me I have to be patient. I wasn't asking how long it will take to receive an order. I was simply trying to find out what was going on. 6 hours later my order was CANCELLED! No explanation no nothing. Just an email stating it had been cancelled. I'm not sure how it can go to being processed to cancelled in 6 hours??!!! I'm sure now i will be chasing up my $99 like all the others who have left reviews. I read the reviews before purchasing and thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt. How wrong I was!! Also even from purchasing from the Australian site the stock isn't even in Australia!!! So be WARNED!! If you want crocs go in store OR to other sellers.
Crocs Australia is not even worth a star. Despite having purchased multiple items in the past and having a pleasant experience - my last purchase was a journey through hell and I'm still in it. Not only is there no communication within their customer service - they also do not check any changes/requests made or performed on orders. I bought something, then Crocs Australia deducted money from my bank account. When I confronted them they had the audacity to say that they don't do this. They do not charge bank accounts until items have shipped. The charge is just pending. It will unpend eventually. Indirectly calling me a liar. The charge was not pending. The money was already committed out of my account. So weeks on, I call back. A customer service representative cancelled my order confirming a refund. A few days later, they shipped whatever items were in stock. But the story gets better - not only did they take money from my bank account, they took even more money after they shipped whatever items were in stock. At this point, I wasn't surprised. They then confirmed they issued a full refund. They didn't. My bank statements says so. I am still owing money. I am expected to be awake between the hours of midnight until 6:00 am for their so called back office to speak to me. There is no one in Australia to speak to. If I'm not following up on this - it's money they will willingly and happily keep. It's theft. Do not ever buy from the Crocs Australia website. You're better off buying from third party stores - Iconic, Footlocker, Anaconda etc.
Very very bad customer service, I made an order on their website, the address section it was filled to choose the address. I filled my unit 403, it's auto to changed to 401. I didn't realise until I checked my email. Then I contacted the customer service on chat session, and waiting in the line nearly 1 hour. After connected on the line, the staff said they can't help my issue, can't change the address, can't cancel order. I have to wait until the parcel post back to them and do the refund, so I'm thinking what's happened if my neighbour takes my parcel later? They can't answer me, they closed my chat directly, so rude. Feel disappointed , this is my first time and last time to buy stuffs from Crosc. Very bad experience. Think carefully before made any order from their website.
I have never posted a review online before but feel inclined to do so to warn others. Do not buy online from this company. They will take your money and not deliver your items. They will not send you an email invoice confirming your order until you follow up via email. They will not send tracking details of delivery company. Still waiting for products weeks later. You can’t get through to anyone?!! They don’t respond to emails. Their live chat times out every time. You are left waiting on the phone for 2+ hours and still can’t get through to an agent. Ridiculous and extremely poor service.
I ordered 2 pairs of Crocs from online on 8 September 2022. I waited 2 weeks for a confirmation email and I didn't get until I called to customer service. Last week around first week of October, I talked to live agent again on Crocs website and they said my order got cancelled and I will get refund in 2-3 business day. Today, 17 October 2022, I havn’t get my refund and I don’t know how long I have to wait. It’s more than $100 and I very frustrated for this. I am a big fan of Crocs from Thailand and Crocs in Australia so annoying. Now, it's more than 30 days. Your system should be improved immediately before you lose more customers satisfied. Edited : Today 5 Feb 2023, I still waiting for refund. No one contacted me or informed about my refund.
Worst Online Shopping Experience Ever!!! No Confirmation Email. Phone says out of business hours even though it’s Monday. No responses to emails. Website tracking tool does not recognise order number provided. Now I’m reading it’s overseas call centre workers managing their customer service. I should have known!! DO NOT WASTE TIME OR RISK LOSING MONEY TO THIS WEBSITE!!
You deserve a 0 . I brought 2 pais of crocs for my boys. They're a touch small. I contacted customer service straight away.. they took a week to reply . When replied i was told to start a return process , which ive done. 3 weeks later & im still waiting on the return email. Guessing ive waisted my $120 with the 45 day return policy.
When I ordered my crocs I received NO tracking information just an email saying it had been shipped. After waiting for a long reply asking where my order is I have found out it had been delivered to the wrong house. I know the delivery isnt crocs fault but some tracking information to know it has been deliverd would be nice. Its been 3 weeks after I ordered them and I am still chasing them up. Don't buy online.
Wow shame on Crocs Australia. I have been a huge fan of your products but the after sales customer service rivals the worst I've known. I clearly have been sent via an online order a defective product. Your contact number you sent via the email is disconnected and that was the last straw since I have to pay the non refundable freight that has been quoted at 1/2 the cost of the product again. I will continue to spread the buyer beware message across all platforms.
After put orders online, no confirmation, no tracking, no email. Take forever to get connected with them. Horrible services I have ever had! If you want to buy crocs, choose outlet, not online!!
