Went a couple of days ago to Kmart to look for a kids bookshelf. Your online click and collect said on hands and the lady confirmed two on hand but they said they "didn't exist". More like she couldn't be bothered looking. Fast forward two days later and low and behold two are on the shelf I also did a return today and the "Karen" behind the refunds counter was terrible. She was speaking to each customer like rubbish. Your returns manager "Jeet" was near by and didn't apologize to anyone for the ridiculous wait over 25mins. How do you actually employ such people? Then the check out... Another debacle. Another "Karen" with each self check out machine destroyed and waiting for service holding up the lines again. Man... Must be desperate times for recruitment. Check out the vision on your CCTV 2.40pm today 31.08.22... might be a good opportunity to go back to basics and offer some retraining #disastervisit ‍

Went today with my daughter. Got to check out, self serve as no one at cash register! Needed to get security tag off an item. Staff member there, we said excuse me and she walked away. Eventually came back and was extremely rude and unpleasant. Felt like we were an inconvenience for shopping there. During our visit other staff were filling shelves, shouting across the store at each other. Not a pleasant experience. Will give it a miss in future!

Registered are way understaffed, often 1 young person during peak hour. I feel bad for the young staff doing there best to keep up

Staff make the whole difference! The range was good compared to other similar stores. There was availability of products which ran out in other Kmart stores. The staff here though were quite indifferent. While my transaction was quite simple to collect an online order, I noticed they left the customer ahead of me, who was a senior citizen on her own in the queue in the middle of some transaction to attend to some other store task, without the courtesy of informing her. Staff at the entry was good though. Go here if you are looking for something you can't find in other Kmarts 3 stars for that and if you have no staff interaction necessary. Go somewhere else if you need to interact with Customer Service.

i had an amazing experience at this kmart, i was helped by a wonderful young lady named indianah, she was kind, helpful and treated me with great respect. props to her! i hope she is recognised! keep up the good work

I’m extremely happy with Sylvia and Natali at the photo corner. They were very helpful and friendly to guide me everything needed to finish my complicated order. Thank you guys

STAFF NO WHERE TO BE SEEN IN THE CHECK OUT WHERE ARE THE MANAGERS I was waiting in line theirs NO staff at the check out it’s so empty everyone check out wasn’t working and they were looking around for a staff to check the machine the line was getting full to but no one was there not even 1 person only 1 staff at the changing area but saw there was no staff at the check out but she didn’t know what to do & looked confused everyone waited for 5 minutes cause they didn’t wanna shout where are the staff cause that ain’t their job where are the manager as well who are meant to teach their staff the staff are meant to be at the check out at all times the costumer are their to buy staff and leave not BE A MANAGER and look for a staff to be at the check out CHECK OUT ARE REALLY IMPORTANT IT GETS FULL FAST STAFF ARE MEANT TO BE THEIR AT ALL TIMES

Been to 2 Kmart stores looking for size 10 bikini briefs in black. None available. Also looked for socks and they are mostly short anklets. None in normal length for winter. Whoever does the ordering doesn’t know what they’re doing. This issue is year after year. Will look elsewhere from now on.

Don’t even bother trying to call the store you will never get through no matter what department you try to call I’ve been calling for 30 minutes. Just to see if my online order has come in yet because it’s been over a week.
