Had a really lovely experience in the Altona store today hunting down a lot of items for work and the team so graciously aided me in finding everything I needed even though it may have been out of their way! I had an especially amazing experience with Charmaine I hope I got that right who helped me throughout the entire thing. Was such a lovely experience and made my day 10 times easier

Love shopping at Kmart Altona! The store is clean, well organised, and has a great range of affordable homewares, kitchen items, and everyday essentials. The staff are friendly, and it's always easy to find what I need. Highly recommend

This is a great store that is well laid out, spacious and has a wonderful variety of stock. Like the self serve as well as the staff nearby to assist if you need it.nIt’s Halloween time and there are plenty of choices but also the Christmas stock has arrived. So easy, set, go for those early birds who want to get in before the rush.nKeep your eye out for those clearance racks as they do offer bargains.

nnI've been a loyal Kmart customer for over 13 years. I've never really left bad reviews—not because I haven't had opinions, but because I didn’t want to come across as confrontational. However, I feel it’s time to speak up and call for some reflection.nnI purchased a set of frying pans just two months ago from the kitchen section, and unfortunately, the quality has been very disappointing. The non-stick coating quickly bubbled up and started peeling off, even though I used them properly and with care.nnAs a long-time customer, I’m concerned that products like these are being sold without better quality control. I believe Kmart should seriously reconsider the standards of what’s being offered in this category, especially when it involves items related to food and health.nnI share this with the hope that it leads to improvement—not to criticize for the sake of it. I truly appreciate the store, which is why I’m speaking honestly.

Hi it i could i will leave zero stars but i cant dis store i swore a rat inside i got a nintendo switch controller to play with my lil brother and it didnt even work inthen i showed them the recipt and they said i cant get my money bavk cause tgeir was a scratch on it it was perfectly fine just cause of a scratch they didnt give my money back their goes 75$ in the bin j bought 3 controllers each vost 25$ please no one go here thanks
