Kmart

I'm sure staff are great and I love K-Mart BUT, no one answers the phone! I have been trying to get hold of the store for the last 15 mins and can't get through! Frustrating.

The door lady was very helpful, cheerful and polite. She didn't just think of herself as the door girl, she approached me to offer assistance. Love that old fashioned customer service.. its a dying thing

On Sunday I went to KMart at Altona Gate, needing help with a product that I had previously bought,. The staff on the Customer Service Desk, Dominic and Rebecca were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They resolved my problem. On leaving the store I was cheerfully farwelled by Tate was working at the door. Always a pleasure to shop at the Altona Gate store in Altona North.

The worst more disgusting service on a Wednesday night. Would like to never see some of the younger staff that worked that night as they had no common sense or concept of customer service.
