We visited a relative in the maternity ward and was a little disappointed the messiness and lack of staff that appeared to be on the ward. We were uncertain of the room number and wandered around the ward looking for assistance for at least 10 minutes. We didn't want to poke our heads in each room to see where our family member was. This was a concern as there were unattended babies in cribs behind the main desk. We eventually texted her husband and found the room number. There was clutter and trolleys scattered around the hallways. The room where she is staying was your typical hospital room - that was clean. The staff, when you saw them, were lovely but extremely run off their feet. It's sad to see our Hospital Systems in such a state, especially as this is a private hospital, which you are paying for.

I was admitted back in September the hospital was clean staff friendly and welcoming was booked for caesarean later date but my baby arrived early in saying that had too wait for a operations room 5 to six hours which I though private will be quick going in !!! And when I asked to be discharge there was no medication follow up by the evening I was in great pain my husband went to the chemist and got some medication to manage my pain.

This hospital is great, caring and friendly staff, great food (for a hospital) and clean. What more can u ask for really.
