Exceptional and professional. That is how I would describe all the staff at St George Private. My wife and I were there for the birth of our first child and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, compassionate, and professional. The facilities are excellent and we never wanted for anything. The food is also really good. Which was a very nice surprise.

Couldn’t fault this hospital!! Nobody loves a hospital stay or visit but this one was a different ball game- from the staff, the service, the comfort, literally everything was top notch. Felt like a vacation! I stayed here for 3 nights on the 15/01/18 and would like to thank the staff on level 1 for their professional and caring service. Calum in particular.. you went over and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and content. You are amazing at what you do, you love your career and it shows! Keep up the good work.
Thanks again to st George private for having me!! 👌🏼💕

I must say i had the best service in the car park downstairs from the few men that run it especially when its full they were very patient and allowed me and other cars to wait until other cars left and allowed us to park!!! The hospital is one of the best i have been a patient a few times and even gave birth in 2004 excellent service!

St George Private is always the preferred choice of Hospital for any booked Surgeries. Happy to wait for a position on theatre lists to become available. From one of my surgeries 8 years ago to my now sons Sleep Studies and Surgery today, I cannot fault this hospital and its exceptional care and service. Special mention to Dr Gregory Lvoff who operates at this hospital. Fantastic ENT. Knowledgeable. Caring. Compassionate. Also, a huge Thankyou to RN Dela from ward 3S who received my sons post-operatively and cared for them as her own. Bernadette who took over was fantastic also. 5 Stars and a huge thumbs up to the healthcare team! Thankyou.

I attended St George private hospital for a complex sensitive surgery, the first part the nurses and everyone were great, except in recovery.
I woke up and felt light headed and severe nauseas so I was trying to force vomit as I have done in past surgeries which made me better, however one of the staff male nurses tall build Australian background used excessive force pressing against both my upper arms as in to "settle me" which is hard to believe considering I was quiet & hugging a pillow..
I sustained a bruise to the left upper arm which is the side he was standing, I told him not to touch me after I put my hand against my mouth he tried to push it down, I then said you have no right to touch me unless you a assisting me. He walked off telling another nurse assisting the anaesthetic doctor to "just restrain her" I can assure you I am no dog.
I work for a well respected doctor myself and assist at my fathers accounting and solicitor firm. The way I was hurt at your hospital is unacceptable and made me feel unsafe that later I called my doctor and discharged myself home bearly able to walk.
No one deserves this treatment!
During that period in recovery there was 5 around my bed and it was scary.
The male was from the recovery team the female staff nurse name Krystal was part of the anaesthetic team at Endeavour anaesthetic Carlton NSW.
I will be lodging a complaint to the HCCC and police, I hope this does not happen to anyone especially at a weak, vulnerable time when they a sick, all patients try be alert and report anything that makes you uncomfortable.
They changed my gown without closing the blinds entertaining the male patients goodness the public system gave more privacy for their patients then a private hospital.
The admission nurse was absolutely lovely and nurses were nice despite the nurse saying they are always short staff it took a while for the nurse to attend when you buzz.
Overall public hospital are very similar treatment wise. Best of health to all I hope no one needs to go hospital ❤️

Dear Amanda,
I hope you are well and thank you for your reply.
CEO called me yes, being unsympathetic trying to make me feel I am to blame I was weak and harmless for goodness sake ... story from the anaesthetic doctor changed twice. I understand the CEO will always take the hospital side hence why I went to the hccc for independent review.
Private hospitals should treat their patients like royalty. I don't pay : $400 a month to be treated poorly.
UPDATE:
Hccc is investigating and police have been great, legal team looking in to it.
Everyone has a right to feedback and express what happened to them. I don't think the CEO knows how badly this has affected me and no I won't remove my feedback!
I think the feedback review is the least of concern it's the 8 doctors who I have spoken to who will be reluctant to refer patients to St George Private Hospital, who were shocked to hear what happened and saw my bruise... that should be of concern ... for my doctor had to change a specialist for our patient because that specialist only treated at this hospital now that's a good Gp.
I would like to ask all involved if that was your mother, sister, wife daughter I'm sure you will not be brushing this off so lightly.
