I had a wonderful experience at North Shore Private Hospital.nI especially want to thank Emily and Chloe from birth unit, the amazing midwives who cared for me.nnChloe looked after me during the nights over two days of my stay and was incredibly kind, supportive, and reassuring.nEmily, who assisted me on the day of delivery, was so dedicated and positive. Her cheerful personality and professional support gave me the strength and confidence to get through the birth. She explained everything clearly and carefully, and I felt completely safe and cared for under her guidance.nnAll the other staff were also very kind and attentive, making my stay comfortable and positive.nnThank you to everyone at North Shore Private Hospital for making such a vulnerable and special time feel so memorable and full of warmth. I’m truly grateful.
For my upcoming procedure I want to thank the wonderful admissions, booking and front desk teams for their kindness and wonderful assistance in finalising some admission details. Thank you Jo for directing my enquiries to the appropriate people. A special thank you to Lily for reconfirming some changes and answering an estimate of cost query. I had an excellent experience at North Shore Private Hospital. From admission through to discharge, the care was professional, attentive, and reassuring. The facilities were modern, clean, and comfortable, which made my stay much easier. The nurses were kind and supportive, always taking the time to explain things and make sure I was comfortable. Everything ran smoothly, and I felt well cared for throughout. I would highly recommend North Shore Private Hospital to anyone needing treatment.
Amazing experience at North Shore Private Hospital, the nurses, ward staff and doctors were exceptional, with specific mention to Level 2 North. The hospital is very clean and quiet, and in my 5 day stay I could not fault the food that was provided. Thank you for making a difficult recovery from major surgery so pleasant and peaceful, I am so grateful.
I had a very disappointing experience at Pathology C today.nThe elderly lady at the reception was rude and ignored my greeting, while being friendly to others. It really felt like I was treated differently because I’m Asian .nnWhat hurt most was that she mentioned my condition — that I had lost my baby — loudly in front of other patients. That was completely unnecessary and insensitive.nnI’ve always had good experiences with the doctors and nurses here, but after today, I don’t think I can come back.nAs long as this woman works there, I’ll never return.
