Extremely rude and un-interested reception. Same is Finance, told me to call at 8 but no one turns up till 9am or later. Did not enter my Bupa number and neither gave me the right form to claim. On the other side Dr. Ong was excellent so as the anesthesia Dr. Even all nurses were very helpful and supportive. Need to fix management problems.
