Mater Hospital

I just wanted to express my extreme gratitude for the care received at the Mater last week. Each and everyone of the nurses and doctors impressed me with their level of care and attention. Highly impressed with the beautiful staff and the wonderful healing garden which was a lovely spot to sit with visitors. Would definitely recommend the Mater to others. I felt very well cared for and in more than capable hands.

Absolutely terrible. I give 2 Stars for Theatre and Staff ONLY. As for the Orthopedic Ward, no thanks. Had to share a squashed 4 bed room with 3 others. I had given plenty of notice I needed single room as have mobility problems. The nurse buzzer I could not reach from bed, had to yell out. The staff were not that pleasant either. I pay top Private Health - not good enough and will do my utmost not to stay again.

So attentive and incredibly caring staff. Great facilities. Central location with accessible off street parking.

Me and my husband brought our little Jenny for check up. The staffs are so nice and they cared for their patients treating them as one of their loved ones. We waited long for the nurse to attend my daughter’s condition but it was a pleasant experience to be treated by their medical staffs.

Great facility, fantastic caring staff, absolute champions. Top rate everything & should be used as the template for all medical facilities in Australia. God bless them!
