Excellent care provided by Sydney Private Hospital, where I had a hernia successfully repaired.  Through no fault of the hospital, there was confusion about my admission date resulting in me arriving a day earlier than expected.  I would have been satisfied spending the night in a lounge with a bottle of water, but after talking to a promptly arriving and sympathetic administrator, was  placed in my private room and provided a meal.  Nurses, receptionist and administrator were all great, as were my surgeons.  Nurses were friendly and efficient, the call button was always answered quickly, day or night.  Room was comfortable, private and quiet;  food was varied and good.  The suburban setting provided a pleasant tree-filled ambience.   I could not have asked for a better experience.

I attended this hospital for ACL reconstruction and as anxious I was every step of the way was professional and caring. My surgery admission nurse Brett he was amazing very bubbly and turned my anxiety into calmness. All surgeons and nurses were amazing reassuring and professional & my night nurse Bridgette she helped me a lot she went above and beyond to assist my needs. Thank you for a great experience.

Great surgeons but staff at hospital  are sub par at best. One jammed my operated arm between the bed and table after being told not to touch anything.  Admissions do not communicate with wards and they didn't even know I was there -poor physio had to work much later.nnOutdated and redundant. You are fed dinner at 5:30pm and breakfast 14 hours later! Not even a snack offered or water for that matter.nnWill not be returning and would not recommend.

It's been a great experience made by these amazing individuals. Cat from reception full of life and full or reassurance. Brett with the funniest jokes he could be a professional stand up comedian! Jeanette who's an angel, who genuinely cares and goes above and beyond. Thank you for making my first hospital experience a great one. Thanks to Junie too who is very detailed and great at explaining things. Such a blessing having such a great team.

My son had day surgery today and he was so nervous & anxious leading up to it. From the minute we walked in, he felt so comfortable in a very clean environment. He was attended to be RN Brett who was very welcoming, warm and funny. He was very thorough and kept us informed the whole way - he certainly made a difference to my son and made him feel at ease. . Can't fault this facility and highly recommend it.
