Absolutely deplorable. Have been trying to get them back to fix & complete their dodgy work on my spa since January 2017. They left it in absolute disarray, including needlessly ripping out the light & leaving it out for their eventual next return that doesn’t happen. Now I’ve been left in a worse off position than before, & paid for the privilege. Not only have they still not fixed up all their mess, they have also now destroyed the light. I’ve been a customer of Swimart Cheltenham for over 15 years, & previously was treated well. Since Geoff Keaney has taken over, it’s an absolute disgrace. The initial technician even warned me of this. The staff at the store try their best, and they’re clearly frustrated by their inability to do anything about it, and are constantly apologising for him. Geoff is a completely dishonest, disrespectful charlatan who promises everything & delivers nothing. My family & I have been ridiculously patient going on nearly 12 months now. Not sure what we’ve done to deserve such treatment, apart from being loyal long term customers. We’ve been patient & understanding throughout the entire journey, only to be let down time & time again by their empty promises, & ignored messages & phone calls. If you value your very expensive investment & sanity, and want to avoid ending up with a bigger bill that when you started, then steer clear from Swimart Cheltenham or at least until it’s back in better hands. The matter will shortly be dealt with by Consumer Affairs Victoria.

Great service and honest advice. Geoff helped me select the right cleaner for my pool without the unnecessary add ons. Very happy to be a new customer!
