Our grandchildren really loved it. Ideally suited to a younger person. Not overcrowded, clean, well appointed Lots of water based activities

Just signed up yesterday and went for my first swim, a lovely guy at the front desk named Fraser helped me with my induction. He was so warm and welcoming, really appreciated his energy and enthusiasm. Loved the facilities, outdoor pool is excellent and membership price fare for an awesome experience. Looking forward to my next visit. Thanks Fraser, keep up the good work.

Pretty good facilities but I have to say that in a hot day people are packed in like sardines so I have wondered if they monitor their capacity limit. I saw people sneaking through because one of the exit gates was just left open so I suspect they don’t know how many are inside at any one time. Happy to be corrected.

Great place! Great for kids of varying ages. They offer swimming lessons for all ages. There is a kids pool with slides etc. Also indoor 25m pool, outdoor 50m pool and hydrotherapy pool, plus spa, sauna and gym. Great facilities and nice little cafe.

Good facilities for relaxation or proper workout. Excellent and clean 50m outdoor pool

Gym is really well equipped. Friendly staff and there’s usually enough weights even when its busy. It’s on the pricier side but if you train regularly or take classes it’s worth it. Parking can get busy especially when the kids have sports on.

The kids always have fun here. I try to avoid the busy period after school or weekends as it becomes quite chaotic! Well setup and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Not too bad but a few things made it a little annoying to visit. Firstly, the family change rooms are WAY too small. You can’t fit a pram in the cubicle, or more than 2 people. The cafe seating was all taken by people just watching their kids, and not eating. It meant we had to leave to find somewhere to sit. Not that it mattered, the food was so over salted we ended up throwing it out anyway. The small learn to swim pool was great, however more needs to be done to stop kids jumping in. My daughter was landed on twice by the same group of kids. While it’s my closer than other pools, it won’t be our first choice.

Great pool with a kids play area and two amazing waterslides. The green slide was the favourite for the kids and is certainly fast. Other facilities include a spa and sauna. Basketball courts have air conditioning which is a rarity in the Melbourne summer months and staff are always lovely. Outside pool is heated and 50m with the main indoor pool 25m. Nice cafe as well with a surprising collection of sportswear for sale

what an unpleasant experience came for the 7 day free trial as written on their website, called up to confirm beforehand as well. was introduced to membership consultant michelle if i remember correctly who asked us if we’ve been here before. my partner and i replied yes, once, but for me that was years ago. she then said in a patronising manner that the trial is for new people who are genuinely interested in joining and that if “we’ve been here before nothing’s changed, the pool is still the pool”. so we ended up with a 1 day pass she gave us instead of the 7 day trial. super uncomfortable w the whole experience, we were actually interested in joining but just wanted to get a feel of the place before committing to a membership, but not anymore after the way she made us feel like we’re just here for a freebie. isn’t the whole point of a trial to try out the place regardless if you’ve previously been before??
