I had a disappointing experience at this swimming pool and unfortunately will not be returning.nnFirst, the staff, particularly the lifeguard, lacked professionalism and respect. While I was supervising my children, I wanted to briefly check my phone, and I was reprimanded for it. I noticed other guests using their phones without any intervention, which seemed inconsistent and unfair.nnThe lifeguard’s demeanor was also concerning; he seemed more focused on criticizing me than ensuring a safe environment for all patrons. It felt unprofessional, especially given the empty pool.nnI hope the management considers hiring more respectful staff, as I believe this could significantly improve the overall experience for visitors.
This place has an issue with undisclosed fees. My family of three visited, and only one adult and my 4.5-year-old child went swimming. However, not only were we charged $16.40 for the swimming adult and child, but an additional $3.00 fee was added for the accompanying non-swimming adult.nnWhen I asked the staff why the non-swimming companion had to pay, since other pools don’t charge such fees, they explained that it’s a spectator fee. According to them, anyone entering the swimming area, even if not swimming, must pay $3.00.nnThe problem is that this spectator fee is not listed on their website or displayed on the pricing board at the front desk. This lack of transparency is disappointing and leaves a negative impression of the facility.
I recently visited this swimming pool, and I was shocked by how expensive it is compared to other places. I usually go to the Keilor pool, where I pay only $6.8, and my 3-year-old child swims for free since children under 5 are not charged. But here, I was charged $15 total—$7.5 for myself and $7.5 for my 3-year-old,which is the same as an adult ticket !nThe children’s play area was closed today, which was disappointing since it's one of the main attractions. I noticed that the play area, which is outdoors, was dirty and covered in sand that had been brought in. The whole experience felt overpriced, especially charging a 3-year-old the same as an adult.nI won’t be returning and would advise others to consider other options.
Absolute gem, staffs like Heather and David, helped me get thru the gym equipments with ease, took her time patiently showing me the correct way to use every equipment for me to use to reach my exercise goals Love coming here. Highly recomended. Best gym in Noble Park / Dandenong area hands down. Thank You Heather and David.
Noble Park Aquatic Centre has become my regular swimming pool. There is a beautiful outdoor heated 50m swimming pool. On some occasions when I visit, there is squad, private swimming lessons, and private scuba diving lessons. But I can always guarantee that there will be an available lane to swim in. For a $29.90 fortnightly membership, I can swim there whenever I please. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the pool and ammenities are always clean and well-maintained. My only suggestion for improvement is to update the lockers so that members and visitors can store their belongings safely whilst enjoying the services at the aquatic centre. Thank you Noble Park Aquatic Centre.
