This review is about the pool only. I’ve been coming here for two years now and been having a steadily good but not great experience.nThe place has an indoor heated shallow pool and an outdoor 50 m lap pool with shade covering about the half of the pool. The water quality is average, cleanliness could be better but still acceptable.nI usually come here to swim on weekdays around midday and always have a lane to myself. Except for summer months when it’s really crowded.nThe change room is spacious with enough cubicles. The water pressure in the shower is an issue along with hot water. If you let the water to stop running you’ll have to start again with cold water. Cleanliness in the change rooms could use some attention, especially the hair all over the floor. Maybe if there were bins in the change room, possibly where people dry their hair, and not only on the corridor, this could be resolved.nOverall the pool is still a lot better than many others in the southern suburbs.
The gym was good, there weren’t a lot of options, but the equipment was clean and fairly new, which made the workout comfortable enough. It’s decent if you’re looking for a basic session.nnThe swimming pool was the highlight. The indoor pool, in particular, was really nice and relaxing. It felt especially comfortable when there weren’t many people around. A great place to unwind and swim in peace.
Great facilities, well suited for disabled. The disabled change room has a height adjustable bed aswell as hand held shower and walk mounted seat for showering. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The facility is clean and well maintained. Would recommend to other disabled users. Overall very happy with NBAC. Will visit again.
Place has a gym, pool, picnic area , cafe, clean showers and toilets.. located very close to the park. Affordable rates as well..
Great pool, always clean and not too busy. Half-shaded outdoor pool is very nice on sunny or rainy days for laps.
