Where do I start ? DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY . The worst service I have ever encountered . Over the last 3 years my heater has worked 20% of the time. Constantly “F2 error” - they “recalled” the heater but actually only changed a part and did this fix it - NO ! Every time we have a F2 error it could take anywhere from 3 weeks - 8 weeks to get someone to fix . Most recently I had someone update a part for me and he has now broken the gas valve this was never broken and he was not there to fix this . I have now been waiting 4 weeks for someone to come and replace this . Over the last 3 weeks I have paid in excess of $3000 to get the key pad replaced and many other things . As this is an Air BnB property I have lost in excess of $5000 + and star ratings due to guests arriving and it’s a F2 error . This heater has cost me MORE THEN ITS WORTH . This is my FIRST time giving a 1 star review on anything - I really have NEVER encountered anything like this service other than Qantas . Anyways I hope someone reads this and takes their money elsewhere.
Good luck if you need to make a warranty claim. They will just tell lies after lies. Had to wait almost one year for a replacement pool heater.
JENNY JENNY JENNY! Not only amazing with customer service and making you feel cared for in these post covid times but an amazing human who gives attention to detail. Called up this morning as I had an issue with my salt chlorinator, within five minutes the issue was taken care of I was actually treated like a valued customer and not just a past number. Astral you have great people answering the phones, keep up the great work. - Shaun
Disappoint to see so many one stars? Have a ZX250 Cartridge Filter that has failed in its sixth year 5 Yr Warrany. Company not interested to discuss implied Warranties or some form of compensation. Will be happy for me to invest another $900 on another unit. Govt. agencies fix these problems! Also thank you for being so helpful in suppling requested details after many requests from the purchase store, NOT. Case No: 00709632
Fantastic after sales service from the team, i had a warranty issue they resolved quickly and efficently. Jill just got it done and the technician whom came out to assess, quickly confirmed the issue and replaced the component on the spot. Got to love when businesses just do the right thing by a customer.
My blue connect water analyser stopped working 6 months out of warranty. Astralpool, the Australian agent, says bad luck nothing we will do for you
The poorest customer service I have ever experienced. Our Astral Pool heater is just on 2 years old, and we had a fault appear 4 weeks ago on the control panel. When I called, I was informed the heater was part of a recall, and I should turn off immediately, and they would log for repair…4 weeks later nothing, so I called to follow up, to be informed we would need to wait another 4 weeks, at least??? Where is the follow up or at least email to inform us of where we are at. I feel for the call centre taking these calls, and I would never purchase one of these again….totally unacceptable AstralPool. Ref #00628126
I regret having their equipment installed. There is a problem every year, with every device. The app hasn't been updated in 10 years. Be prepared to replace every pump and part inside a few years.
Pool heater burnt out. Have tried multiple times to get it replaced as part of the massive recall they are doing. Impossible to get in touch with anyone who will assist.
Our Astral pool heater is still under warranty, and despite a claim being placed on 7 Dec 2021, no-one has contacted me! This is a disgrace! We've already had it repaired once, with a faulty gas valve. It started working after that, but 2 months later has broken down again! And this time, no contact from Astral. Only emails from Fluidra suggesting the request has been sent to a 3rd party agent, but no one has picked up the job. Astral need to lift their game.
