Took my 10 yo daughter for a swim. No problem with the facilities it's just the behaviour of some of the people. Young men and teenage boys crowded around us at various times for no reason. It's like they want to assert their ownership of the place. Staff were telling people to stop misbehaving but it would start again as soon as they turned their backs.
Going to use the facilities here is like going to Mordor.nThe changing rooms are dirty, there is spores of mould in the ceiling and no one has bothered to improve the standards for a VERY long time.nThe place has a lot of potential but it’s all wasted.nnIt’s a 5min drive from mine but I prefer to drive 30min to go to a proper spa and sauna facility.
Good sized pools, including a 50 metre lap pool, with room on one side for play, a water aerobics pool, a spa, shallow baby/toddler pool, a children's pool that gradually gets to about 4 feet deep.nnI enjoy bringing my kids to the children's pool, but unfortunately most of it is often roped off for school swimming lessons and it's difficult to find times that we can actually use the pool. Thankfully on the day that it was at its worst and we were only allowed in water a foot or two deep, we were given a gift card for a future visit to make it right.nnOasis has lifeguards on regular rotation to make sure they're constantly alert, which I appreciate, since I bring my kids to the pool by myself. They also offer complimentary lockers to keep personal belongings secure, change rooms with toilets and showers, and plenty of parking.nnI think they also have a gym upstairs, but I don't know anything about that.nnHope this helps!
Ok...but sauna isn't the hottest , and spa is small and seems always full so cannot enter. It's been like this also anytime I visit. That's why I haven't been back much.
Worse hydro pool. Too deep for short people, very small and overall did not impress
