I made an appointment so I could get my medical prescription renewed - a 2 minute process - and was told I would be seen straight away after I registered at the front desk. I did this, then after 25 minutes was told I was not on the computer, then 10 minutes later was told I was on the computer, and I had been called up already. I was sitting literally next to the front desk for more than half an hour, and had not moved, so this is not possible. They told me someone would see me "soon" - in maybe another half an hour? Longer? I walked out. INCOMPETENT.

Receptionist today 12:30pm was an absolute cow! Wanted me to re-fill the new patient form all because two boxes weren’t ticked meanwhile I’m holding and stressing about my child being sick. I’m a medical receptionist myself and even on a bad day I wouldn’t expect a patient to have to re-fill a whole form. She had no manners, no smile and no eye contact. Dear doctors at stud road this receptionist needs a performance review. They are the face of your business.

Very bad experience with this medical centre.The waiting is more than 2hours. Too much frustrated in my first visit.never recommend this medical centre to anyone.very poor service on the reception even the ladies on the reception needs to learn the customer service.Treat you very bad.very rude staff😡😡😡😡
