Attended this facility a few months ago and found the service delivery excellent. I utilised the Podiatry Department and the treating Professionals were extremely knowledgable and very professional. All Staff, from the "Greeters" at the door, and the Counter Staff were all polite and very helpful. This Centre is a definate asset to the Community of Greater Dandenong.
Dentists are great, However receptionist with Croatian accent needs lessons in customer service. Extremely rude! She needs to stop acting like she owns the place and realise she is there to help people.
Most staff are lovely but every so often you come across someone having a bad day who needs to have a go at others in order to make themselves feel better. These types tend to pick someone who can't say anything back without losing their job which makes it bullying. Sadly the people who do this are usually in charge.
I think Google should have the option to hit negative reviews like minus 10. They need to realise time is valuable not only for them but also for us. Wating of three hours to see the dentist is ridicules. Staffs are OK.

You really need to shape up one of your customer service ladies and provide extra training to get her facts right because miss know it all clearly doesnt know anything!
if you have pain you can wait for 1 year or 2 years maybe they will call you one day when you dead.
I'm pain free and looking forward to my new teeth
