Designed and built in 1966 by former Olympian Jim O'Doherty, North Lodge Swimming Academy aims to provide people of all ages with a safe and comfortable enviroment for them to learn to swim.
The 25 metre pool and 'Mini Pool' were specially designed for the purose of teaching our students in water that is of a depth in which they feel safe, secure and can comfortably stand; this enables us to achieve the VERY BEST results.
We have an excellent group of AUSTSWIM qualified staff who are experienced, committed and friendly. We offer an excellent swimming program with well controlled and disciplined classes - resulting in excellent value for money.
The emphasis on our program is to develop strong, safe swimmers' with a healthy respect for the aquatic enviroment.
