I've been a member here for just over two years. The gym is great. It has plenty of equipment and it's never packed, so you usually don't have to wait. It's always clean and tidy. They offer heaps of classes. Their RPM classes are awesome, the bikes and trainers are great! I also do PT sessions, which are reasonable priced. Jovana is an amazing trainer.nThe pool area is good, but the water can be quite cold. My daughter does swimming lessons here and while they're good, it can get quite crowded and noisy, but that can't be helped. The wave pool is heaps of fun. The Cafe is great, small selection, but the food and coffee is always spot on.
Love coming early & spending a couple of hours exercising in the pool.nGreat atmosphere, clean change rooms & friendly staff. A membership there is in my future for sure.
An overall good aquatic centre. A number of pools for both play and lane swimming. The wave pool, while smaller than the one at Monash Aquatic Centre, is great. Sauna is nice and relatively hot too. Overall the facilities are clean and functional but are starting to be slightly worn down in places.
The Casey ARC cafe is a great place to visit after a good swim!nnThe lady that works there regularly is very kind and welcoming. I highly recommended the hot chips, they come in a generous serving size for the price.nnIf you come in the morning, the chips are hot and fresh! My dad has the cappuccino regularly, and says it is also good quality.nnThere is ample seating space with a nice view of the pool from above. 9.5/10.
I've started doing a number of classes at Casey Race as well as Personal training at Casey Arc. I've been training with Kat over quite a while now and she has inspired, encouraged, motivated me to keep going even when the gains were small. Without all of that encouragement, inspiring me, and getting me to just keep looking forward and celebrating the victories I know with 100% accuracy I wouldn't be heading to my fourth class of the week and looking forward to just what I can achieve in it today. Kat has never once looked at my wheelchair and wondered what can she do but always let's try and just see how far we can take this journey. And it's been a journey with all the ups and downs. Thanks Kat for giving me all these skills I feel like I've learnt to keep working on being the healthiest fittest version of myself and let's keep doing heaps more PT sessions and who knows how far I can go. Your an absolute legend Kat. Thanks also to Tyson and Tom for there amazing classes. I really enjoy them and have no plans to stop.
