I have been attending Enhance Yoga now for a year and I cannot imagine my life without them now. All instructors are friendly, helpful and filled with knowledge that they are more than happy to share. Every class is unique and challenging and the teachers are more than happy to adapt, modify, change any moves to suit every individuals needs. I absolutely love each and every class and highly recommend anyone and everyone to come and try out a class, you won't be disappointed

A great studio with very friendly instructors and a great vibe. Highly recommend if you're looking for a toning and strengthening workout or to improve your flexibility and balance through yoga!

The Enhance Yoga studio has such a welcoming vibe. After endless years of attending cardio classes at different gyms, my body is really feeling the benefits of the core focused pilates and yoga classes. I have also fallen in love with the barre which are more cardio focused than the other classes, and are strengthening and toning my legs like nothing else I've done before. The owners, instructors and fellow students are all so friendly and embracing and I thoroughly enjoy coming to every class. Highly recommend.

ENHANCE YOGA STUDIO. WHAT A PHENOMENAL PLACE . Everyone is so nice with excellent instructors. Whilst there I am experiencing so many journeys of exercise. Let me tell you my story. One day I came across WARRIOR 1, who told me to go to the MOUNTAIN POSE and RISE up to the CROWN OF MY HEAD to look out over the FLOWING WATER through the RAINBOW and using my THIRD EYE watch the MONKEY STRETCH out to try and catch the MERMAID , SEAL or DOLPHIN. Alas, all he caught was a CLAM! He PRESSED BACK saying "that was the ONE HUNDRETH try , but no more. " TURNING OUT, there was WARRIOR 11, holding a TRIANGLE POSE and saying "DOWN DOG, DOWN DOG" to the puppy who was walking on the SIDE PLANK with contented ATTITUDE. PUSHING MY SHOULDER BLADES DOWN MY BACK , l had to PRESS UP AN INCH to reach the TABLE TOP where WARRIOR 111 was sitting in a CHILD POSE , throwing a C CURVE with the BALL , calling and PLIÉ to the puppy , "UP DOG , UP DOG!" Lastly l met a REVERSING WARRIOR who was dress up like a DANCING WARRIOR who gave me the gift of QI. 3 treasures. This was to start me back to ARABESQUE to my FIRST POSITION at the STUDIO , by ROLLING UP LIKE A BALL TO STANDING POSTION, making sure that l DROPPED MY SHOULDERS and there was NO KICKING, so l could BALANCE ON MY SUPPORTING LEG. Then and only then l had to LUNGE towards the TREE POSE and cross the BABY EXTENSION BRIDGE and get into the BOAT and BREATH through the LOTUS FLOWERS in the water back to ENHANCE YOGA where many smiles greeted me with a WELCOME.

Enhance Yoga is something unique, when you enter for the first time you are welcomed with smiling faces into the Enhance tribe! All of the teachers provide variety and experience to their classes, with a good laugh and positive vibes, providing a safe place to practice new techniques and skills. I've been attending classes for over two years now and I will never look back! Barre, Pilates and Stretch, Yoga, Qigong and Restorative all cover every need for the body! It may look so easy and simple, but once you try it you will believe otherwise! Thank you to Adam, Suyinh and the wonderful team at Enhance yoga for such dedication to their practice of mind, body and spirit!
