Been attending regularly for years. Great precinct- library, cafe, gym, fitness classes and pool. Staff at all places very person centred especially Glenys in cafe, Sandy in Library, Gina and Ken in the Aquatic Centre. Keep up the good work. Chris S

A popular swimming pool for locals.  The pool is clean, adequately heated and well kept overall.  Some patrons can be inconsiderate and the female change room is often wet due to blockages in the shower outlets.  It is not the fault of the cleaner who has diligently cleaned and did her best but some the patrons who treated the place with disrespect by disposing of solids (eg cucumber slices for their face masks) down the drain holes.

Have been going here to the gym for years (because it's local). There are issues with staff and the classroom size is super small and overpacked. Two of the instructors are worth putting up with the class sizes but definitely don't get your moneys worth with a membership. 
The pool is heavily chlorinated and although signs advise otherwise male guests are permitted to swim in their underwear (boxer shorts) and they do not enforce showering before you swim. The changerooms/showers are also generally dirty and unkept.

good swimming pool but very rude service at change room. My son is 22mo and shivering after 40 minutes playing in the pool so i decide to wash him. I knew and i saw notification that woman change room will close soon because of school group activity but family change room was full already so i cant use family room and use woman change room instead. I entered the woman change room 5 minute before closing time in order to have quick wash for my baby and fyi only my son who need to have wash. But when im still using shower, one lady come and asked me and my son to get out because change room will close soon. I already said wait a minute but she keep asked me to get out and voila i have to take my wet, naked, and shivering son out and then dressing him next to swimming pool. Really bad experience 👎👎👎

Nice gym and pool. Good for regular workout abd many sessions as well
