Bad customer service and management that doesn't care.
Management hasn't acted upon a serious complain. This projects management incompetence to deal with business issues, or customer isn't a priority, or patients are nothing but numbers, or more attention is given to the dollar in my pocket than my needs and satisfaction, or a combination of all.
At the end of the day it doesn't matter how great an offered product/service is if customers are treated badly
