Learn to swim classes operate seven days per week during the term, and provides an enjoyable and safe aquatic environment for all.

Story

The aim of the aquatic team at Monash Sport is that our participants and members learn to love the water as much as we do!
Aquatic pathways are developed by offering a variety of aquatic programs for all abilities including educational, recreational and competitive aquatic activities. Our friendly, experienced and AUSTSWIM qualified staff will engage and empower our participants to reach their potential, developing skills that are for life!


The aquatic journey participants will follow at Monash Sport includes:

-developing respect and awareness of the water
-water safety and water survival knowledge
-skill and stroke development and refinement
-innovative programming and best practice within the aquatic industry

Monash Sport really needs to consider upgrading their staff. A few members of the staff team are quite rude and inconsiderate about their approach to speaking with customers. It is often the case that they sound unnecessarily grumpy at individuals who've done no harm. That being said, some staff members definitely need to be praised for their warm and welcoming nature. But overall, Monash Sport needs to get a firm grip of the individuals they are hiring.
Located in the Monash University Clayton Precinct, Monash Sport has various courts and sports activities to indulge yourself in. With plenty of parking spaces outside, it is easy and convenient for anyone to travel and enjoy the sports activities at the centre.nnI went to play badminton with all my team members yesterday at the centre. Good part is the court is a multipurpose court and it can be used for playing Badminton, Basketball and Soccer. Hence it is so convenient if you want to play any of the sports. We thoroughly enjoyed playing badminton.nnI would recommended anyone who is keen to play some sports and it is conveniently located from Clayton station and there are buses running from Clayton to Monash University.
Great place for community sport but watch out for the staff in the cafe, rude to the point of ridiculousness. Why bother snapping at children and adults alike. Get a life or get another job
I signed up for this gym excited to start working out, but my very first day was a huge disappointment. Instead of welcoming me, the staff seemed more interested in nitpicking rules that didn’t even make sense. They were extremely specific and honestly rude about my attire and towel use, citing a rule about buttons on jeans... my pants had no buttons- not to mention it was literally my first day as a paying member.nnI joined a gym to focus on my health, not to get lectured over technicalities that aren’t even in the rulebook. Definitely not the positive, encouraging place I was hoping for.
Ran a successful badminton tournament at the Stadium Hall at Monash Sport.nStaff were super helpful, we made use of the stadium, and foyer out the front.
