I placed an order and received an email with all the correct details of my purchase. After 2 weeks of waiting, called Amco and found out that the order never got placed...no idea about it, saying " it got lost in the internet ". The solution from them was to place the order again, but this time without the discount that I had bought all 4 items. Took 3 phone calls and a rude employee not assuming any responsibility to this problem that was clearly on their end , to offer as a huge exception the very little discount and nothing else. Out of principle, after such a bad attitude to a customer....I prefer Rythmic Australia...at least their website is not as dodgy.
