So rude customer service;nWhen we were ordering, I ask her I want another same one, she didn’t hear me and I thought she might be doing later, so I didn’t bother disturbing her. After the completion of that subway, we asked her again; we want the same we ordered; that time she sounds so rude saying; next time when u order, order at same time. I explained, I told you before and she replied; I didn’t hear you. I know she was busy but doesn’t mean she needs to show her frustration towards us. The way she was speaking to me, I left the area and my partner continue with order. She ruined my appetite; that food fill my tummy but her rudeness get into my mind and I was upset which was unacceptable.
We group of 12 people entered this place for subway and ordered 6 large Subway. Food was great but the staff serving us around 5:00PM 30th July 2024 was very rude.nnShe was alone with the store being busy but her manner was very inappropriate. We couldn’t feel any welcoming hospitality.nnFood deserves 5/5 but is rating 2 star only because the rude behaviour of staff.
I went to Subway for dinner and decided to go through the drive-thru because I had my baby in the car who was asleep. I sat at the speaker box for 10 minutes, and asked twice if anyone was there. After 10 minutes I drove to the pick-up window, and upon waiting there behind another car for several minutes, was met by a girl who bluntly told me they were busy and understaffed. So she had obviously heard me at the speaker box but had ignored me. I then told her 'that's ok I understand, but it would have been nice for somebody to let me know that they had heard me and wouldn't be far away as I'd sat there for ten minutes'. She then looked at me, and said she wouldn't be far away in an unpleasant tone and walked off, no apologies, no taking my order, just attitute. After this, I drove off and went to live-eat instead.nI understand they were busy but her attitude was not nice, nor was sitting there being ignored for ten minutes.
Wow! Absolutely the worst experience.nnWent through the drive-through and the order screen was black. When we drove through to the window after waiting at the screen for a minute, the lady on shift told us off by saying “next time you gotta wait at the screen to order”. Upon telling her we did, she went on to say she was about to log and said some racist slur not appropriate for a public forum, so not writing it here.nnFair to say we did not eat here.nnWe asked her name but she refused to answer. Happened at 19:05 on 23/06. She wait white in her 40s!
I ordered a foot long Spicy Chicken Classic sub from the current FIERY RANGE at Campbell Town Subway after snapping an obligatory photo with the Log. The restaurant was heaving, rendering me 5th in queue on Thursday the 25th of July during the lunch rush - but who could be surprised; it’s Campbell Town, a stunning little town between Hobart and Launceston. I was apologetic. I don’t like to be a difficulty or thorn in the side of the wonderful service workers of Australia of which I am a part.nnThe wait was short, as were the team I’m 6 foot +. When I was asked what bread, I selected Italian; which cheese? ALL. Toasted? Absolutely. I then added lettuce, jalapeños, olives, more olives, then more jalapeños, then tomato, hot chilli sauce and not an ounce of regret.nnThis was BY FAR the best subway sub I have ever had. I have now eaten 86 subway foot longs across all states and territories in Australia since my first meatball sub in Goulburn, NSW back in 1997.nn27 years of subway and the crown jewel is held solely and eminently in the heart of Tasmania. May your success be great and long-yielding. Thank you to everyone who made this possible. May you have every success in the future.nnBest regards,
