St Vincents Hospital is really good. The service was top notch. The doctors and nurses and admin staff were also super kind. The nurses made sure every small details were checked twice. I feel like i have been very well looked after. I had 2 procedures and honestly everyone was so nice. The room was clean with a nice view of the Melbourne skyline especially during sunrise and sunset. Excellent choice of food. felt safe and in good hands. Thanks to everyone at St Vincents Hospital. You all are amazing, caring andni am really thankful.nn3rd July 2024

I can't fully express in words how grateful I am for the staff in 7 West, every single staff member was kind, caring and looking to put my health first.nnAbove all, Olivia did the most amazing job, she truly helped make my experience bearable and I can't thank her enough for it. She was always there when needed, made me feel safe, made the whole situation comfortable for my Mum and partner, and I never felt any less human around her.nnI wish the absolute best for everyone that I interacted with during my stay, if I ever see you on the street I owe you many many drinks. Thank you.

Great hospital and great nursing and DrnVery helpful thanks you for you hard work ,one thing was not help and  unfortunately to mention that was the car park pay station the man  work there was very rude and did not accept our payment and ask me to pay at autopay machine , we ask him twice that we don't know how to use it, very unfortunately, we hope he get more professional at his job and accept evry one no matter what they look, thanks st. Vincent's hospital for great job, my regards

Attended for a bone marrow procedure, nurse was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The doctor was also very efficient, and friendly, he explained the procedure in detail, and they both managed to relieve my concerns, and stress.nMany thanks for your professionalism.

The home care nursing service is cruel. The nurse who was bossy & usually rude that attended to my mum's legs due to heart failure decided she would discharge her, in one single week my mother's leg have got so bad, the Gp today said it was the worst he had ever seen & my Mum is in agony. Mistakes are made but the nurse needs to face the harshest reprimand , personally she deserves to be fired as there was zero care, empathy etc. I hope she reads this review, she is a disgrace ! All the other nurses that visited were just so kind & brilliant. I am just so upset.
