First class service from a caring and professional practitioner. Handy parking; same day appointment on a Friday evening; & I was seen for my appointment early! Most importantly, the GP that I saw was kind and communicative with both my children. He talked to me in an engaging fashion 'on a level' which personally I rarely experience with my NHS GP clinic, and provided a full & considered diagnosis and prescription. I would definitely recommend, and shall be returning when need arises.
Fantastic service! I paid to see my NHS consultant here as I was very keen for him to review my condition and bloods ASAP. It was worth an investment as my consultant was able to identify my bloods quicker and see me at a crucial time of the diagnosis. Your health is too important to wait and managing your health is paramount. I was in and out with a full reveiw letter to my NHS practice within 48 hours! The team at clock house are lovely and very caring too.
It would be good if somebody answered the phone. I know we are in a pandemic but you don't have to be in your place of work to have the phones diverted to your home. How do you run a business when your clients are unable to access your service. I have been trying all day and "Nobody is available to answer your call" is the only reply I get.
Saw a private GP here. Unimpressed with the level of knowledge and the service. Unable to answer any of our questions. They will charge extra to refer or write a prescription! The GP was supposed to follow up after consulting with colleagues but did not do so.
Saw the private GPs at Clock House as I couldn't wait for the after work ones on NHS. Really helpful and arranged onward referral immediately
Do not trust this clinic, they let me and my young son down during a time of stress. Really disappointed.
