Operation (mass lateral fusion) on neck/spine. Don't tell the specialists any past history!! 
My 1st experience was great..staff were great.. But 2nd was horrible..been waiting on 3mth list for 8mths, was admitted coz of a cancellation.. 
Traveled 400kms to be told they won't operate due to past drug use!! Was kicked out to find own way 400kms home!!
Where is their patient care!!???
