I have such a high regard for this medical practice, I have seen several different doctors who were all attentive, caring and thorough, but I have to say hands down my favorite is Dr Ian Devlin. I highly recommend him as a wonderful all round family doctor, and he does skin cancer checks too.

Port Melbourne Medical is a very good practice with the highest of standards. I did have an issue and it was dealt with promptly and effectively. I always recommend this medical practice to any new people in the area.

Once again, put on hold straight away, then someone took my details and what I was calling for, then back onto hold, then another person asking me what I was calling for. Port Melb Med, its about time you started living up to the recorded messages we all hear over and over about good service, and put some more staff on the desk. Over it, gone elsewhere.

I really dislike this clinic, there's 3 female doctors there who are extremely unfriendly, judgmental and cold. They are not helpful and will NOT go out of their way to make anyone's life easy (when it comes to money). When I went to see a doctor to tell her I was pregnant and get tests done, she commented on the fact that I wasn't married! Disgraceful! Do not go there!

I am an athlete and required some blood tests for my coach. Some are Medicare, some are not. I understood this and was happy to pay for any tests not normally prescribed. However, Dr Ian refused to complete these tests for me with no explanation other than I didn't need them. He then told me to arrange it privately with the Pathology department. This was a lie. He told me this just to satisfy me and get me out of his office. If you want a doctor to go the extra mile, please don't choose Dr Ian. Other doctors i have worked with here have been excellent.
