As a couple of nervous first-time dog parents, we recently took our pet in to get some much needed care, and were blown away by the level of care we and Buddy received. At every point, the team at PPAH showed compassion, clarity and understanding and not only provided Buddy with expert care, but gave us some much-needed peace of mind too. After 8 years of taking 5 different pets here, I’ve realised it’s past time for a review. We can’t recommend PPAH highly enough. Previously we used more local vets but it wasn’t always a good experience when it came to the care of our beloved pets. Despite being a 30 minute drive away we keep coming here because they are the best we’ve found and all our friends report the same. This place has a wonderful culture that compliments their expertise, knowledge and care.
Our wee Burmese blue cat became very unwell through diabetes. Alice his vet got him better and full of life.nWe cannot recommend highly enough Alice and the team, the girls at reception were so helpful and compassionate, thank you from Yoda and his servants He apologies if he was grumpy.
