I used to get my dog groomed here because they were convenient but quickly stopped when she began to cower in fear and shake when we got anywhere near this place. I don't know what they did to her but she is never going back there.

Don't get me started on the puppy farm pups and the awful conditions the birds and rodents are kept in.

I have been buying my cat food and toys here for the past 3 years. The experience had been good but today a male staff (new?) I was dealing with was extremely rude to me. I decided to go back to let him know that I didn’t appreciate the way I was treated but he was no apologetic about it. I hope the shop do something about his behaviour.

After seeing all the negative reviews, I had to go see for myself. I was hit with a stench as I walked through the door. Puppies and birds are kept in tiny glass boxes that are foul and poorly maintained. I felt as though I had stepped into a petshop from a third world country. How is this happening in our city? Please read the 5 star reviews carefully and understand they are clearly only there because the people either;
1. Don’t care where their pets come from as long as they get what they want or,
2. They are actually from the owner or people associated with him, on a fake Google account which is pretty abviois since they have made only one review, and haven’t bothered to uploaded a profile pic. I used to work in a business where my boss would do the same thing to try and counteract his poor star rating.
Please be considerate and don’t buy ANYTHING here, by “rescuing” an animal you feel sorry for or purchasing a toy or food, you are providing the business with more funds to buy more animals and continue this cycle of literal HELL on earth. Let them go out of business so someone who actually cares for the animals wellbeing can take over. If you don’t like what you see, call RSPCA, shut this place down.

Amazing place! We bought a beautiful Agouti Mini Lop Rabbit which was in great condition, just a little scared of humans. He is doing great now. I would like to thank the customer service because they were really informative and helpful. He didn’t rush me at all which is pleasing as I am a very slow chooser. Thanks again Upmarket pets!
