Local vet that is now looking after our 2 fur babies. Very happy with everything. The vet needed to call back with some test results and did exactly as she said she would by calling that afternoon. Our dogs try to go in every time we walk past which shows how good the vets are with them.

We loved this clinic from day one. The attention they gave to our pets, and us, was overwhelming. Donald and Elena are simply the best. Whether it was a regular checkup or a Saturday afternoon emergency surgery they always been amazing and were very attentive before and after. I don’t think I can ever praise them enough for what they did to out pets.

Warm, friendly and thorough. I took my Greyhound Percy to Albert Park Vet for the first time today and was so impressed by how friendly and welcoming the staff were. We both felt very comfortable there and Courtney looked after Percy brilliantly. She was very thorough and helpful. Was a really pleasant experience for both dog and owner ! X

This is our pup's vet and they've always been so attentive and caring when he comes to visit. Everyone is so friendly but also really approachable and helpful to any questions we've had about our dog, whether it's a quick phone call or a last minute appointment!

Albert Park Vet has been the vet for our two kittens and have been professional and informative. I felt it necessary to remove two stars mainly because I there is one vet here that I was not as happy with in the way they were handling our kittens / obtained conflicting information from this individual than from others at the clinic. The second was that this individual charged us $90 for over the counter eyedrops for our cat which aren't even pet specific, and gave us no indication these could be purchased from chemist warehouse for $30 if we wanted to. In fairness, the practice had offered to refund the difference, but I still struggle to see how it justifies offering this for $90 at the practice. Seems a bit of a price gouge. That being said, we have also had very good experiences at this clinic and wouldn't necessarily dissuade people from going, would just advise people to ask to see their bill broken down prior to paying.

Really lovely and friendly clinic, all the staff are excellent and my dog has no problem going in the building. He’s always happy to see Elena or Donald and they have taken great care of him over the last year. Very happy with the service and will continue to use them.

The most amazing veterinary clinic with beautiful staff.  We recently farewelled our 18 year old kitty.  A card and flowers were hand delivered by the vet.  We were truly touched by his kindness and care.  Thank you Donald
