I can honestly say this is one of the best private hospitals in Victoria.nnFrom day one, I was impressed by the incredible range of clinical specialties available and, more importantly, by the warmth and kindness of the nursing staff. They made me feel truly cared for. The accommodation was comfortable, and the meals were surprisingly fantastic for a hospital!nnIf you’re staying longer than a week, the hospital even offers discounted weekly parking tickets for family members—a small gesture that makes a big difference.nnI want to give my deepest thanks to Dr Omar Al-Mukhtar and Dr Samer Noaman, the brilliant Interventional Cardiologists; Mr Marco Larobina, an outstanding Cardiovascular Surgeon, and his skilled team; and Dr Piers Canty, Respiratory & Sleep Disorder Physician. My gratitude also goes to the amazing nurses in the ICU and the Cardiology Ward, Lee Wange, Level 2.nnAnd finally, a special thank you to Abby and Liam, La Trobe University physiotherapy students, whose care and support meant so much during my recovery.nnThis hospital didn’t just treat me—it made me feel valued and supported every step of the way.
First & foremost I’d like to thank the staff for being so lovely and supportive. I’ve just had a revision surgery from Mr Arvind Jain on my right femur in my leg. The procedure went flawlessly & the nursing staff have been nothing short of awesome! I can’t thank you all enough for making it such a wonderful experience and hopefully I’ll be able to walk again soon. The food & drink here was always great. I’ve definitely enjoyed my stay.nnThank you.

Just had my endo surgery and stayed in epworth Richmond for 2 nights. The bed was comfy, food was great, and you can connect your Netflix account on touch screen to watch series on the bed. Most nurse are professional and nice. Especially overnight shift nurses, the male nurse who looked after me at 2022 ward on 22/3 night was very caring and helpful. Thank you so much!

Their expertise was evident, and they took the time to listen, answer questions thoroughly, and involve me in decisions about my treatment. I never felt rushed, and I always felt like I was in safe hands.nnThe facilities at Epworth Richmond are excellent — clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, with little touches that help make a hospital stay far less daunting. Even the meals exceeded my expectations — fresh, varied, and surprisingly enjoyable.nnWhat impressed me most was the culture of teamwork and professionalism that was evident everywhere.
