I have honestly always found them pleasant.   Quick to answer calls and book me in on short notice.   Very convenient and lucky to have this clinic close by.

I see Dr Hemma John. She is quite excellent. Caring and attentive,  she explains what she is doing and what she is observing. These explanations are clear and consise: I see some mixed reviews I’ve never had any issues.

The receptionists were just appalling! I was not checked-in when I arrived for my 5pm appointment thus waited for 30 minutes. When I questioned them about it they did not seemed concerned. Their body language said it all! One was just splumped over her desk with hand on her chin, "yeah sorry". Very unprofessional! The place also needs a good clean particularly a clean-out of it's staff. Dirty and outdated. Don't go!!

I've been coming here for 6 months and the receptionists and doctors have been wonderful, except one male doctor who I was only in consultation for for 5 minutes and walked out with more questions than answers. Every other doctor has been absolutely fantastic. It can get busy very quickly so booking would be essential. If you have medicare theres a fee for the first appointment but it is partially refunded. You need to specify with your doctor that you would like to be bulk billed also.

Really bad experience.
Went there with my partner and the doctor was more interested in his mobile phone rather than the patient.
Rip off of a service.
80$ for a panadine prescription.
Then they complain that they don't get payed enough.
Do your job properly!!
