Don't do shoulder or neck massage here. I normally love massage but this place the therapist is not professional at all. First, it was more painful than relax during the massage. The guy just push push push onto my back still painful until now not sure that they know how to massage or not?? Second, they are cheating on the massage time. The watch just in front of us, do not cheat on customer. Please take more attention on practise and knowledge before open the massage shop. Won't be back and the price is way too expensive compare to the other massage shop.
Worst massage I’ve ever had. I asked for 20 mins neck and shoulder massage . The guy only did 16 mins and very painful unprofessional massage. Totally wasted my $30.
Worst massage I've had. It was painful and I had to question whether the person had done a massage before.
Have been twice both times disappointed. The massages are not great and I my back was worse afterwards. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lesson learnt
I have come here a few times and have had an amazing massage each time. The first time I came, I was in severe pain and had twinged my neck. I had a 15 minute neck and shoulder massage. I didn't even tell the girl Lizzie I believe it was I was in pain and she got right in there and knew exactly where the pain was stemming from and I left pain free. It's almost like... she could read my body. Thank you
Worst experience ever! I did message many times but never experienced this terrible service. The male staff was very unskillful and applied so much pressure on my back. I had to ask him to applied less pressure many times during the process. He even put a super hot towel on my back directly without making it cooler or asking me if it was ok. I asked him to take it out as it burned my skin. Never go back!
Was always happy over the years, but went recently and the young lady started well until halfway through and then seemed to take it easy. Was standing thshold my neck firm for a few minutes. My partner had a massage straight after me and confirmed the same.
The masseuse I had today fell asleep on me. $120 for 60 mins of barely there touches. Avoid going on a Sunday afternoon. Please either give your staff more breaks, or hire more hands, or give that girl some coffee. I was almost tempted not to pay.
Staff is very kind and also been training well. It's good massage shop. I suggest to visit them.
