On a recent visit to this shop my experience was appalling the staff here should all be replaced. There is absolutely no customer care. I went to buy some ribbon and I should have been In and out of the shop in less than 10 minutes. That is where the problem started. I needed some assistance from the lady at the cutting counter, she was busy with a lady trying to sell a sewing machine. 5min later she is still trying to sell this machine. POLITELY hey can you get someone to help here there are 5 people standing waiting for service. 5 more minutes I went looking for someone else. Asked this BALD MEMBER OF STAFF! he said he would get some ONE to help. ''why didn't he help ''. over the intercom came a call for service at this point. NO ONE CAME 15 minutes have been here. lady still trying to sell sewing machine some customers come some go still waiting for service. Went for a walk to find some help finally get a staff member and waited for her to make sure she came to the counter. After waiting for her to serve the lady who was there before me I had been in the shop for at least 45 minutes. Not bad for something that should have been 10 minutes at most. SO FOR ALL THE STAFF THAT WORK THERE LIFT YOUR WORK ETHIC OR LEAVE THIS JOB AND GIVE SOME THAT WANTS TO WORK HAVE A JOB THERE. AAAAAR DID THAT LADY SELL THAT SEWING MACHINE ..

Good customer service. Free membership and join at counter first before paying to get good discount. If you are buying sewing machine, ask about their experiences with other customers to avoid 🍋.

Most of the staff in this Spotlight are extremely helpful. We went in there for some new curtains and were not upselled but asked a lot of questions and given plenty of choices to meet our own needs. For us, who enjoy to DIY, Spotlight is on par with Bunnings in terms of product range and diversity. Cheers Guys!

Awesome bargains at this Spotlight. Extremely helpful staff which are friendly. Enjoy visiting Spotlight Lidcombe as always in stock especially when other stores are sold out.
