The staff at the Mimco Westfield Burwood store was still rubbish in their way of dealing with customers. I don't know why all the employees in this store are so unkind. Always! And I don't know why Mimco doesn't train its employees even though there are quite a few of these reviews. Anyway, I will never go again!

I was served by Jana, she was so helpful and had great customer service! Also the manager Helen is so nice making sure that I was getting assisted. Extremely happy with my experience yesterday and I walked out with two purchases.. thank you ladies

The current manager at Mimco Burwood was so unhelpful and fails to understand the basics of what good customer service is. Disappointing.

The current manager at Burwood is the most arrogant rudest human I have ever met. I had the worst experience at Mimco Burwood today. I walked in and had a look at some of the bags, and I noticed that the staff kept looking at me. When I went to the counter, the staff member was so rude. She was on her phone and it took over a minute to get her attention. I think her name was Helen. Never going back here. Absolutely appalled.

I attended Mimco at burwood today and received absolutely no service. I was the only customer in the store at the time and was in the store for approx. 10 mins and not one of the five staff members in the store came over to me to serve me even when I had the product ready to purchase. I went over to the register to pay and the lady walked away and walked straight past me instead of serving me. Other staff members were observed to be swearing and carrying on instead of assisting customers or other staff members. Definitely do no recommend going to Mimco burwood.

Got my click and collect item  and didn’t even get a Carry bag hand me over like I am getting it for free. All the staff at Burwood is very arrogant and provide poor customer service.

Hi There, I have been a loyal customer for a very long time. I am ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH THE SERVICE TODAY RECEIVED AT YOUR BURWOOD STORE! I COLLECTED MY ORDER AND APPALED AT HOW THE STAFF MEMBER WITH AN AMERICAN ACCENT PACKAGED IT. RUDE, ARROGANT AND APPALING ATTITUDE.  NOT HAPPY TOTAL LET DOWN FROM MIMCO NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!  Will be shopping elsewhere more moving forward.

Manager Maggie at Burwood westfield is very rude and unprofessional. I get most of my gifts from mimco and I won't be shopping at the mimco store in Burwood any longer.
