The item I was after was not available so I was initially a little disappointed. The store manager however did everything she possibly could by ringing around other stores and asking them to hold it for me till I arrived.

Overcharged by 25% in store at ryde- too busy to return to store as going away, online help no good at all, only too happy to cancel my member rewards instead of offer a refund over the phone due to privacy? Poor form country road.
