5 star service for Kennan from the shoe department. Zero star for Myer for advertising lesser than cash register price. People are not stupid. But I paid because my daughter really loved her shoes. No wonder Myer has been going down hill very fast.
No fuss click and collect from the Myer Hub. Would be a bit more helpful to have the Hub clearly marked. It's a cash register, unlike the ones at other branches that have a dedicated collection counter. The signs point you to the general direction, then stop past it so you had to make an assumption the cash register is the Hub.
Lovely place to go for shopping, the staff is so kind, their are really helpful and friendly, I love myer because ypu can find many brands and the clothes is so modern and also they offer really good service, their are always open to help, highly recommend, I have find there really good sales one week before mother's day
Went to Myer to find shoes for my partner. Donna in Women's footwear was an amazing help and provided such outstanding customer service.
Boxing day sale pricing still a little high, staff know there stuff and friendly. Overall it's always a nice place to wander around.
I went in there with my daughter to collect my online order and on our way out my daughter saw this Pokemon section. We had a look and saw something she wanted. We haven't been to Myer Chatswood before. It has everything you need. Next time when we have more time, we'll definitely go back and have a proper look. The team members we approached were so friendly and helpful!
You guys need to keep consistent and training your staff more. 1. I’m here for purchasing my friend’s gift, before paying for the items, I have double check the staff do they offer wrapping services, I got the answer is yes and I purchased. 2. However, when I go to the wrapping service register, the staff told me straight away they can’t wrap don’t even take one second to think. If you guys check the CCTV you can see how the staff rolled her eyes and curved her mouth talked to me said “they don’t have any staff here can help me wrap and ask me come back tomorrow” with very impatiently tone and attitude. I don’t think this is professional way to answer customer’s question or maybe Myer haven’t offer professional training to staff? I’m a customer, and I’m here for purchasing gift no here for fight. Please offer proper manner training for your staff. 3. After the staff talk to me like that. I’m still insist on I need the wrapping service because it’s a gift for my friend and need to be sent today and I don’t mind wait. And then the staff go to ask someone help me. I have talked to the staff I don’t mind wait even they are busy and it’s not my problem to come back tomorrow to wrap the gift, if Myer cannot offer wrapping service the staff shouldn’t be answer me yes at start. 4. Finally, she found another staff help me, I appreciate her help. But I’m not happy for the whole experience today. If Myer don’t offer wrapping service just told customers you don’t have this one, you need to keep consistent, you can’t let some of the staff said yes and some of staff said no. Apart from this, Myer staff need proper manner training.
Good luck trying to return a faulty item purchased online. Just been informed it takes 28 days to exchange, plus extra delay due to Christmas. Strange that such a big retailer doesn't seem to be able to handle online sales properly.
big, big store. very difficult to navigate, but with the help of the friendly staff, i was able to find what i was looking for. it was organised appropriately, and very clean. there were lots of options to choose from, and usually the same apparel is in 3 different colours. came in for a hat, came out with 3 shirts and some pants. no hat. i got too carried away, haha.
At the menswear counter I got served by a really nice and friendly mean in a quick and efficient manner. I'd like more staff on the floor though as I spent over 35 min in baby wear searching for some items and gave up as I couldn't find anyone to help.
