Great store and location for picking up small and larger nifty items. Very convenient for when you need to pick something up for home/car/gifts etc. during your lunch break.

Nice clerk, I can find anything I want in this store, I can get the product I want for very little money. When I went back to my country last time, I found this shop has a lot of Australian souvenirs, I bought many for my family and friends.
I love this place, very affordable prices with great variety items that you may need around the home. The lady at counter is always very friendly, patient and helpful in helping me find what I was looking for. Well done team!
It's a dollar shop. I didn't have a high expectation to begin with. WELL DONE to the two femal mandarin speaking staff. They exceeded my expectations. I know its hard to hire good staff but it's a dollar shop, a 3yos can do better job at following instructions and be more respectful
A great discount variety store that sells everything. Worth taking a look
Extremely rude behaviour and no respect! They should take courses on courtesy and basic customer service. When we requested that they have a look at a product that doesn't work, the people behind the counter just threw our basket of items on the floor and said we do not need to purchase anything as their products are never faulty. Seems a bit presumptuous and self righteous. All this happened in front of little children who were buying Halloween decorations and costumes.
Rude & unprofessional staff at the counter. Insulting customers & using disrespectful words. I asked for the price for a item he rudely replied the price which was incorrect when I checked. He still keep saying the price he told is correct as the price tag on item is old. I was surprised when I visited there on Thursday evening around 6.50 PM, they literally turning the customers back disrespectful manner. Saying the store is closed even the store on google says its open till 9 PM on Thursday. Owner of the shop needs to be learn customer service they are in Australia not in any third world country.
No customer service. Wanted to but 3x Christmas acrylic battery operated tree, angel and candel. We asked kindly to check if it works he rudely said no, if you don't trust my product don't buy. I explained I'm taking it overseas and would be difficult to return if it does not work. He abruptly said don't buy I don't have battery. I'm not keen to patronize rude people and happy to spend my money elsewhere. Not going back
